Meals on Wheels

Nutritionally balanced Meals on Wheels are prepared locally in our central kitchen. Our meals meet or exceed 1/3 DRI requirements. Most of our meals contain 800mg of sodium or less. Eligible clients can receive up to two meals per day.

Most meals are delivered 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The meal can then be heated if needed, and enjoyed by the client at their convenience. Meals come with heating instructions for both microwaves and ovens.
