Meals on Wheels

Nutritionally balanced Meals on Wheels are prepared locally in our central kitchen. Our meals meet or exceed 1/3 DRI requirements. Most of our meals contain 800mg of sodium or less. Eligible clients can receive up to two meals per day.

Most meals are delivered 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9am and 1pm. The meal can then be heated if needed, and enjoyed by the client at their convenience. Meals come with heating instructions for both microwaves and ovens, but arrangements for clients who cannot heat their meal can be made requesting the driver to heat the meal on their behalf.
