Why we need help!

Our kitchen is being renovated this summer as we transform the space to create a modern, purpose-built kitchen that will allow us to cook, plate, and distribute even more nutritious meals for seniors in Kent and Allegan Counties.

During this time, our meal inventory will be running low, and we need your help to refill the freezer! This volunteer push is vital. With your help, we can refill our freezers to ensure that every senior who depends on Home Delivered Meals continues receiving them without interruption.

What do I need to know?

If you are looking for a fun volunteer experience, come chill with us! Plating meals for seniors in your community will help fill your heart. Your time here will include a tour of our operations, a short training video on food safety, getting food safety ready, and around 2 hours on your feet in the kitchen to help plate and portion meals.

Help REFILL THE FREEZER by preparing and packaging meals in our kitchen. With a production of over 2,500 meals per day, this is a great way to make a difference in our community!
