Who are we now?
Since 1984, Meals on Wheels Western Michigan has been actively fighting senior hunger and isolation throughout Kent County as Senior Meals on Wheels. As of May 25th, we are now known as Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, or MOWWM for short.
Why did we rebrand?
There are many reasons why we made the name change. Here are our top 3 reasons:
- To unify our voice and image with other Meals on Wheels programs across the country
- To align ourselves with the national brand, whom provides us with helpful resources, statistics, and public media sources
- To increase community awareness
